During our 11 weeks together, here are the skills you'll develop and practice as a World-Class ICF Coach!
1) Ethical Practice
It all begins with being a good human with pure intentions to make this world a better place. In the coaching world, ICF's Code of Ethics will give you a clear roadmap on what it really means to demonstrate ethical practice as a world-class coach.
2) Coaching Mindset
Embodying a coaching mindset holistically in every area of your life will transform your life to the levels beyond your imagination. And because I do have a strong background as a Licensed Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming® with Dr. Richard Bandler (the genius co-creator of NLP) since 2011, my guess is that you'll experience your biggest shift in your mindset!
3) Establishing Agreements
We all need healthy boundaries. And we all need an even healthier language to effectively communicate these boundaries, not only with our clients but also with our friends, families, team members; and even with ourselves! ICF made it easier for us to learn and apply what it really means to establish and maintain agreements. This skill will help you heal relationship wounds and rewire your attachment style.
4) Cultivating Trust & Safety
We all want to feel safe, seen, heard, appreciated and free to be who we want to be. As a delicious human being and a world-class coach, you'll learn the science behind trust and safety with neuroscience, heart science and positive psychology and deepen your compassion for yourself and others.
5) Maintaining Presence
Presence is a core competence for life. The question is how to deepen your presence and show up as your most authentic self not only as a coach but as your whole self. We will work on your presence and take it to a whole new level that everyone will appreciate. Starting with your beautiful self.
6) Listening Actively
Humanity has been communicating since the beginning of time. Language didn't even exist in the ancient times. How did they communicate? Through body language, symbols, images, drawings, you name it. So when it comes to your listening skill, the magic lies not in the way you listen, but in the way you "hear" and respond. You can totally begin to get excited about this one!
7) Evoking Awareness
The first part of my formula for change is awareness. Without awareness, there is no light. We are in the dark. This lack of light may show up as uncertainty, confusion, fear of unknown, etc. But the core idea is that we need light. And "light" comes from within, in the form of self-enlightenment that we call "Neuro-Shine Moments™". When you learn how to formulate and ask powerful questions, you become the most valuable person in the room; the most badass coach and the most influential leader.
8) Facilitating Growth
Growth is why we are doing this. Growth is willingness, the second part of my formula for change. When your client is aware and willing, boom, there is change and growth. There is action, responsibility and a new future identity to be shaped, intentionally. You'll feel a deep sense of fulfillment co-creating change and growth for others :)

And, since I have a decade in brand marketing and advertising in my corporate background and I love marketing so much, I also teach you a framework to create your coaching offer, aligned with who you are and what you value and then package it and share it with the world!
