The Commitment: We are partners in your accreditation journey. To honor the integrity of the ICF Standard, we prioritize synchronous (live) engagement over passive viewing; therefore, recordings cannot substitute for presence. If you cannot attend your usual class for any given week, please choose another live session with another instructor so we can continue to accrue your required hours together.

We understand you are a busy high achiever and you have a life to live and enjoy-that’s why we give you a flexible schedule. However, becoming a coach means you understand and integrate accountability. To model this for your future clients, you may complete all program requirements within 12 months. Any additional support or sessions beyond this period will be an extra $250/hour.
4. Performance Evaluation Timeline
All performance evaluations and mentor coaching sessions are designed to be completed within 90 days of graduation. Additional sessions beyond your included hours are an extra $250/hour.

For the ICF ACC Credential, you will apply directly through the ICF website by uploading your Neuro-Shine Technology™ Certificate with the ICF Level 1 Logo on it, complete their exam, and log your required coaching hours.
