According to our market data as of today, our coaches charge anywhere between $25 - $100 per hour for their coaching sessions immediately upon completing this training program and becoming a PROUD Certified Neuro-Shine technology™ Coach.

Once they collect 100 hours of coaching experience that's required by the ICF and ]earn your ICF ACC credential, they charge around $100 - $150 an hour.

Also, there are some exceptions, when an NST Coach increases their price from $250 to $500 or from $500 to $1,000 an hour. According to ICF (International Coaching Federation) becoming a Certified Coach requires a minimum of 60 hours of coaching education and skill development on the ICF's Core Coaching Competencies.

1) Your first step is to complete this 10-week online training successfully.

• Make sure to show up for all the weekly zoom classes as the hours of your participation will be written on your certification. (a total of 30 hours)
• Make sure to watch all your digital content every week as they are released. We trackﾠall the hours of your self study and add them to your certification as well. (a total of 25 hours)

2) Your second step is to complete your 10-hours of mentor coaching that ICF requires, prior to your application.

You'll be able to collect 7 hours when you join our group mentor coaching sessions.

3) Then you'll have your 3 hours of one-on-one mentor coaching with one of our ICF Certified Mentor Coaches. Your mentor coach will also take care of your performance evaluation. You need a passing score for your ACC level coaching skills, to receive your ACC credential.

We recommend you to add your mentor coaching to your purchase before you complete your checkout.

4) Your next step is to keep practicing your coaching skills! ICF requires a minimum of 100 hours of coaching experience from you, before you apply to receive your ACC credential as a coach.
