According to ICF (International Coaching Federation) becoming a Certified Coach requires a minimum of 40 hours of coaching education and skill development on the ICF's Core Coaching Competencies.

1) Your first step is to complete this 10-week online training successfully.

• Make sure to show up for all the weekly zoom classes as the hours of your participation will be written on your certification. (a total of 30 hours)
• Make sure to watch all your digital content every week as they are released. We trackﾠall the hours of your self study and add them to your certification as well. (a total of 25 hours)

2) Your second step is to complete your 10-hours of mentor coaching that ICF requires, prior to your application. 3 hours of these 10 hours will be one-on-one with our Master Trainer Shiny Unsal for her to give you a performance evaluation score. You need a passing score for your ACC level coaching skills, to receive your ACC credential.

We recommend you to add your mentor coaching to your purchase before you complete your checkout.

• If you only want to get your 10-week online coaching education now for $1,997 and want to pay later for your mentor coaching, it'll be an additional $1,997. So your total price for your ICF LEVEL 1 ACC PATH program will be $3,997.
