Kathryn O'Connell

Kate O'Connell is a Seasoned Educator, Leader, Coach, and Speaker, and serves as a Coach Educator and faculty member for the Academy of Neuro-Shine Technology (NST). With nearly three decades of experience in education, leadership, and transformational development, including 25 years specifically in Education, Kate brings a wealth of real-world insight to her coaching and training. She is also a former Head of School.

As an ICF-certified coach (ACC), certified NLP practitioner, and Neuro-Shine Technology™ Coach, Kate leverages a powerful blend of science, strategy, and heart. Her coaching approach uses a custom blend of Neuro-Shine Technology™, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), belief re-patterning, and conscious leadership tools. Drawing from her background in human-centered systems design, emotional intelligence, and mindset coaching, she understands how change sticks. Her work involves deep mindset work and values-aligned strategy. She uses proven mindset tools rooted in NLP to help clients shatter limiting beliefs, communicate with impact, and create real connection. Kate utilizes a custom NLP framework to pinpoint and dismantle subconscious stories keeping clients stuck. She then rewires their beliefs using Neuro-Shine Technology™ to align mindset with mission.
